It's a great place to work right after college, due to the smaller size of the company compared to other 'corporate' companies, as an engineer you get to experience the full cycle of a product release, from the initial design proposals, redesigns, to building, testing, documenting..etc.
It's medium sized company, near 200 employees. You have many opportunities to meet all of them from working on different projects or the numerous alcohol-related social events. Everyone has a great work attitude and the managers treat you really well.
