I've been at CovX for 3 years (I know this makes me not anonymous, but oh well) and it's a great place to work. People are really friendly and hard working, my boss is awesome, there are lots of really fun company activities, and coworkers even hang out together after work. An example: we have company wide go-karting outings and ping pong tournaments.
My only complaint is some places pay more (but there's a trade off for environment) and it's impossible to run a research project. This is why I mixed my job with some involvement with academia.

A little addendum to this: since being acquired by Pfizer, CovX has changed drastically. Lower pay and raises, more crap to deal with, and a FAR less pleasant atmosphere/place to work. You might as well for for Pfizer.
